Pricing
- General Tech Support - $45.00 for the 1st hour and $22.50 per 30 minutes after
- After Hours Support (6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) - $100 per hour rounded up each hour
- 5 Hour Block Prepaid General Tech Support (Never Expire) - $180. Cannot be used for after hours support
Hardware and software are based on current pricing. We do not mark up hardware or software, you pay what we pay.
On rare occasions, we may utilize third-party resources to fulfill specific service requirements. In these instances, any variance in pricing will be presented for your formal agreement prior to commencement. Please note that Help Desk San Diego remains your primary and dedicated point of contact; we manage all external partners on your behalf to eliminate any administrative burden for you.
